You know how Google tries to be smart and advertise things that it will think you like based on what you write about in your emails (or at least I choose to believe that that’s how it works… but I’ve always had a fear that Google is videotaping me through my webcam). Well usually my ads are all “BRAND NEW STATISTICS SOFTWARE!” or “You need to start emailing people other than your boss and your mom… Click here to make e-friends!” but today a new one popped up:

“5 New Things To Do in Boston Everyday!”

It looked promising but the incorrect usage of everyday should have tipped me off. I clicked on it and all it said was “try Trendy Tailors & Dry Cleaning in the Hamptons”.

Tricked again.
